Paolo Jannacci conceived Allegra in a moment of love for his daughter.

"Allegra " is a disc that has a different style from the previous one.

The jazz trio of Paolo Jannacci (piano-fisa), Stefano Bagnoli (drums) and Marco Ricci(bass) is very well-established and takes care to give voice and space to new sounds and collaborations in many tracks of the album.
"Aurora " splendid sound of cello (Sandro Laffranchini) and full, rigorous strings by the Orchestra Concertante of Milan.
"La vita scorre," the guitar of Bebo Ferra(already heard with Paolo Fresu Devil quartet);
Maestro Intra and Maestro Jannacci then give an unreleased "Écoutez mon ami" exploring the purity of music and creation.
"Parigi" a Paolo Conte revisited by Marco Brioschi's trumpet that lends poetry and relaxation to the piece.

The trio exudes sonority, lyricism and intense polyrhythmicity.
Jannacci develops an authentic interplay with the guests, a palpable artistic relationship.
The images are dominant. Each piece is a painting and one "feels" precise colors (photos are by Simone Galbiati).
Paolo Jannacci's stylistic maturity particularly stands out in F. Chopin's "Mazurka" and piano-solo pieces, and in the splendid and dreamy "Over the Rainbow".
"Splendida Serata", bonus track, written and composed by Paolo Jannacci, played by Sergio Cocchi, is a Jannaccian parenthesis, a vein of madness that deviates from the rest of the album(it talks about a sweater seller , it sounds like EarthWind&Fire are playing...)

The record is recorded, mixed and mastered respecting the excellence of the digital technological support (so applause also to Celeste Frigo, sound engineer).
